Case 1

Patient is a 31 y/o female presented to San Francisco in 2008 with chronic low back pain and menses cramps

After seeing Chiropractic in Hong Kong who told this patient that because of her chronic low back and menses cramps she would never be able to have children, she was transferred to San Francisco where her friend referred her to my office.

Her symptoms included; back pain lower right side, sciatica symptoms, pain in hip, hip joint pain, back and hip pain, foot pain symptoms, leg and foot pain.

A thorough orthopedic/neurological exam revealed chronic, severe bilateral foot pronation, chronic sciatica and menses cramps.

A series of 8 treatments within a four week period included; a Whole Body Alignment using my unique Non-Force Chiropractic Spinal Manipulation, along with, Tui Na Orthopedic Massage, Chi Nei Tsang Abdominal Massage and Reflexology.

A set of custom orthotics were cast to correct foot pronation and relieve the compensation in the knees, hips and low back.

At-home-self-care included: Qi Gong Exercises 1-2Xs day, Epsom Salts Baths 1X day for 30-45 minutes, increase Spring Water intake to 60 ounces per day, a 3-week Whole Food Detox Program and the implementation of Whole Food Multiple and B Complex Vitamins.

At the end of the four week period the patients life had transformed. She was free of low back pain, could walk normally without discomfort and by her next menses cycle noticed an 85% reduction of cramps.

The patient understands that her pain is partly due to her work and life stress. To mitigate the affects of stress, she comes for monthly treatments which include; a Whole Body Alignment using my Non-Force Chiropractic Spinal Manipulation, Tui Na Orthopedic Massage, Chi Nei Tsang Abdominal Massage and Reflexology.

Two years later, this patient is leading a normal life, free of chronic pain and the absence of menses cramps.


Case 2

Patient is a 45 y/o female presented to San Francisco in 2007 with chronic low back pain and menses cramps

This patient had tried everything to relieve her low back pain and debilitating menses cramps which would put her in bed 4 days every month to the point that she was addicted to Vicodin for almost 10 years.

Her symptoms included; PMS, back pain lower right side, sciatica symptoms, pain in hip, back and hip pain, sciatica foot arch pain, leg and foot pain.

A thorough orthopedic/neurological exam revealed chronic sciatica symptoms, chronic PMS, chronic bilateral foot pronation, addiction to Vicodin.

Weekly treatments for two months were implemented, which included; a Whole Spine Alignment using my unique Non-Force Chiropractic Spinal Manipulation, Tui Na Orthopedic Massage, Chi Nei Tsang Abdominal Massage and Reflexology.

Custom orthotics was cast to correct foot pronation.

A Chinese Herbal Therapy protocol was implemented to resolve the Vicodin addiction, along with Whole Food Multiple Vitamin protocol.

At the end of the two months the patient was transformed. Her addiction to Vicodin was arrested. Her low back pain and menses cramps were eliminated. Her outlook on life and overall personality was relaxed, calm and confident.
