Partial Improvement of Blindness and Cessation of Smoking
A 62 year old male patient had been declared legally blind (result of a bad fall). He also suffered from HIV. In addition, the patient was a heavy smoker when he came for treatment in 2000.

Dr. Fitz applied acupuncture as a result of which the patient quit smoking and was able to recognize differences in intensity of surrounding light.
