56 yr old female called in about wanting to treat a rash on her sole of feet. Because Dr. Brecke was not sure what the cause of the rash was, treatment started out with heat toxin removal protocol (Bitter, Brown, LC Balancer, Qi from Wei). Patient started feeling pretty good with the first weeks of treatment. Overall feelings of wellness were improved after 2 weeks. However, the rash itself was the same and not improved. If the rash was related to infection, inflammation, allergy or deficiency, it may have been improved already. Dr. Brecke suspected it may be caused by parasitic infection and recommended to try a parasite protocol. She started the Helmin + Detocin (focusing on digestive parasites) along with half dosage of Bitter, Brown, LC Balancer, and Qi Booster. Four days later, patient noticed parasites eggs in her stool. A couple of times, she did pass out parasite nests which looked like jelly fish in the bowels as well. After roughly 2 weeks into the parasite cleanse, patient reports her brain started resuming its functioning again to the point where she no longer has to keep a piece of paper in her pocket to write things down. Her brain fog was cleared up. She finished four bottles (4 weeks of Detocin + Helmin) and now she's sleeping better, feels so much better and healthier, and she can move about. She feels energetic and has also lost some weight. Throughout this treatment, her rash also starting feeling different. It is not as itchy as it is also not as dry. Patient reports that if she scratches it will start looking the same again, but overall it feels better. Now the patient is taking Vigorall alone for general wellness.
