Successful Hip Pain Treatment
A male patient of 94 years had been suffering from chronic hip pain since 2005 as a result of a stroke. Initially, the patient had been using hydrocortisone shots prescribed by medical doctors. However, the effects of the hydrocortisone shots were not having as great an effect as they used to. Ultimately, neither the patient nor the doctor wished to continue using the medication.

The patient then sought acupuncture for a solution. Gretchens treatment consisted of 1 hour acupuncture sessions using a mix of TDP lamps and massage therapy. The treatment process lasted a total of 3 weekly treatments. Liniment was also given to the patient in order to help with the recovery process at home.

By the end of the 1st treatment, the pain had substantially subsided. By end of the 3rd treatment, the patient had been completely rehabilitated from his pain. The patient was very happy with the results and was said to have a rejuvenated sense of humor.
