Successful Severe COPD Treatment
Ralph, a 70 year old male presented in my office with the diagnosis of COPD. Upon questioning he revealed that he has been on oxygen therapy for the past 7 years with symptoms getting progressively worse. His legs and feet are so swollen he is barely able to wear shoes. He is able to walk for only short distances before finding himself gasping for breath.

Three years ago he was also diagnosed with lung cancer of the left upper lobe for which he received radiation therapy. His condition is so advanced he says he has just about given up hope. His current treatment protocol is CIPRO 500 mg. 2 x a day for 10 days per month
