Successful Resolution of Bulging Cervical Disc
A male patient, age 52, came for treatment in April 2007. He had incurred a disc injury in March. The MD had diagnosed a bulging cervical disc which caused severe pain and numbness down the arm (excruciating pain between 8 and 9 out of 10). It caused the patient substantial lack of sleep as well as limited range of motion (45 degrees on rotation). As an avionics technician for aircraft repair he could not perform his normal daily duties.
Dr. Hennagir applied a combined treatment program composed of chiropractic adjustments (twice a week for three weeks, once a week for another three weeks and once a month thereafter) as well as acupuncture and herbal remedies. Note that the patient went on another herbal treatment round 2-3 months later to maintain normal conditions (symptoms had flared up slightly).
The outcome had been as expected. Pain and numbness had been eliminated after two weeks. The results have been sustained. The patient did not have sleeping problems any longer. The range of motion had become normal as well.
Successful Treatment of Prior Neck Injury
A female patient, age 47, came for treatment in April 2007. She had gone through prior neck surgery due to a bulging disc. Due to a camping accident she had reinjured herself. The patient reported a severe pain level (between 8 and 9 out of 10). Her back had been injured as well. As a transcriptionist in a radiology department of a hospital she could not perform her daily duties due to long sitting during the day.

Fees Schedule: depending on the treatment plan
A combined treatment program composed of chiropractic work and herbal remedies had been prescribed for 2.5 weeks. The chiropractic adjustments were continued afterwards (for another 6-8 months).
The program reduced the pain level significantly (now 2-3 out of 10). In case of occasional flare ups, the patient used the herbal treatment protocol again. Because of the lack of exercise the patient had been restored well by the treatment. Her range of motion had also improved. She was very happy about the results.
