Cough Resolution in COPD Patient
A 77 year old female patient suffered from a chronic cough. She came for treatment in February 2011. The patient was diagnosed with a bacterium, COPD, emphysema, bronchitis and allergies (results from MD). Her skin temperature turned out to be comparatively high.
Dr. Lind prescribed a two-week treatment program to reduce the level of cough with an herbal intake formula. After the first two weeks an allergy medication (Allegra) was applied. In addition, an herbal treatment regime composed of several herbal intake formulas was used (for another two weeks). Dr. Lind also incorporated a nutritional supplement in liquid form.
After two weeks, the cough level had been reduced by 50%. The patient is still under treatment.
Successful Treatment for Headaches, Allergies and Leaky Bladder
Karin came into my office with recurring moderate headaches, right upper quadrant pain, allergies, acid reflux, leaky bladder and back pain. She was taking antacids and allergy medications along with ibuprofen for the pain.
We worked together for 2 months using chiropractic treatment, soft tissue release in her upper abdominal region, Chinese herbs for her kidney and bladder, and homeopathic remedies for a low-grade infection and to increase bladder excretion (drainage).
Karin reports that her headaches have reduced by 90%, the upper quadrant pain has been eliminated, her allergies have improved 80%, her acid reflux and leaky bladder are gone and her back pain has improved 70-80%. She no longer takes any of her medications, and is happy with the results.

Elbow pain after surgery, tendonitis, and joint pain can be caused by injuries to the muscles, ligaments, tendons, spinal discs, or degeneration of the joints. Patient completed a musculoskeletal treatment to repair these injuries and promote cartilage re-growth. In addition, a weak GI tract and liver can contribute to the development of chronic musculoskeletal pain. I recommended adding a GI tract treatment and a liver treatment since GI tract and liver health can contribute to musculoskeletal issues.
Stomach problems, rashes and food allergies can be caused by a weak GI tract or cold stomach. We used the GI tract treatment to warm up the stomach and strengthen the GI tract. The patient was weaned off of his acid reflux medications.
Food allergies and rashes can be caused by a weak small intestine. We used a small intestine treatment to strengthen the structure and function of the small intestine to resolve these symptoms.
Sinusitis and stuffy nose may be caused by excess heat in the face, which causes sinus inflammation due to bacterial infection, or an allergic reaction of the immune system. We employed a sinusitis treatment to remove nasal inflammation and open up the sinus to stop the growth of bacteria in the sinuses.
The Patient reported that the elbow has improved 95% with only sight discomfort and some cracking in the joint. Rashes are gone, and stomach problems have improved but are ongoing at this time.
The patient is very happy. He no longer take any medications and the allergic reactions to pat medications are now fully resolved. Because of his elbow pain he could not work out properly in the gym. Now he has no problem working out and is back on track.
