Symptom Elimination for COPD, Emphysema and Chronic Bronchitis Patients

COPD, Emphysema and Chronic Bronchitis are due to the early degeneration of lung structures
including the alveoli, bronchioles and bronchi, which results in breathing difficulties and excessive
phlegm production.  The therapy in my clinic is to focus on helping patients to restore the lung
structure and function.  As patients’ lung structure improve, they will breathe better with less oxygen
dependence, shortness of breath, less coughing and phlegm and more productive cough to expel
phlegm.  Patients can notice a difference with 2-4 weeks of treatments.  The treatment can provide a
semi-permanent fix with long lasting results and patients only need minimum maintenance
    treatment in the future.

    1)  Mild and Moderate COPD, Emphysema, and Chronic Bronchitis Patients (usually under 50) can
become symptom free with 2-4 weeks of treatment.  Patients with moderate conditions (usually from
50 to 65) who are not on oxygen can be symptom free with 1-2 months of treatment.

2)  Severe COPD, Emphysema, and Chronic Bronchitis
Patients (typically over 65) who are on oxygen require 3 to 4 months of treatment.  Within 2 weeks of treatment, patients should
have improved improved energy levels less coughing with phlegm, and less shortness of breath.  With 1 month of treatment,
patients should have reduced oxygen dependence.   With 2 months of treatment, patient should have 50% symptom
improvement.  A continued 3 to 4 months of treatment is required to achieve reversal of the lung degeneration.

          Healing of Herniated Disc

A male patient of age 32 (in 2006) had
suffered a number of years from a
herniated disc in his lower back (L5).
He had experienced two years of
constant pain between 1996 and 1998.
After a few months without pain the
patient started to incur back spasm
(symptom that had not been there
before and felt worse than what had
happened until then). At first, the
symptoms of spasm showed every few months. Then the
symptoms continued to occur on a monthly basis. The
scenario continued until 2006 when the patient finally
decided to be treated with a rather product technology.

Dr. Hess prescribed a combination of herbal patches and
herbal intake formula for a total length of two and a half
months. The regime of treatment started with six patches
and the intake herbal formula for the first two weeks (2 days
on, 1 day off). It was followed by a two week rest period
before another two weeks of treatment were applied
(another six patches and herbal intake formula). A final batch
of two more herbal patches was applied at the end
(preventive).

The results were remarkable. The pain had been eliminated
completely (after several years of strong pain attacks). The
patient has been free of pain ever since (sustainable result).

Successful Resolution of Rotator Cuff Syndrome

A male patient, age 66, came for
treatment in August 2010. He
suffered from shoulder arthritis in
his right arm. Further diagnoses
identified the rotator cuff syndrome
in general and the calcific
tendinosis of the rotator cuff in
particular (could not lift arm above
shoulder level). The patient
incurred a severe pain level (8 out
of 10) as well as a restricted range
of motion. His pain would not allow him to receive continued
sleep at night. He could not use his right arm at work.

Dr. Kucheran applied a combined treatment program
composed of chiropractic adjustments on the cervical spine as
well as transverse frictional massages, active relief on the right
shoulder and electro laser acupuncture. At the end of the
program herbal patches  were applied for one week. The
complete treatment lasted for a total of six months (2-3
sessions for the first three months, once a week for the last
three months).

The results have been very positive. The pain level was
reduced by 70% at first. The range of motion improved greatly.
The application of the herbal patches at the end removed the
remaining pain and provided the patient with a full range of
motion. The patient has been very happy ever since.

                                                    Successful Treatment of Sarcoidosis

A female patient, age 50, came for treatment in 2007. She had been diagnosed with a history of asthma at the age of 48. The
Pulmonologist had found out about Sarcoidosis (lack of lung contraction with white spots through the entire lung) as the
underlying symptom based on blood work and x-rays. She had been unable to deal with extreme weather conditions for several
years (could not be outside for more than 5 minutes being exposed to extreme heat or humidity). The Pulmonologist had
prescribed a regiment of 25mg of Prednisone per day for a total of one year. The symptoms had changed very little in the following
year. Therefore, the patient came for treatment to Dr. Badalamenti.

A combined treatment program composed of herbal remedies, supplements, nutrients as well as chiropractic work was  applied.
The overall results of the treatment have been amazing. X-rays taken by the Pulmonologist every six months testified a substantial
decrease of the white spots in the lungs. The patient is using the inhaler for preventative reasons now. She can do all kinds of
physical activities (e.g. cardiovascular exercise). She walks her dogs under any weather conditions. She has been in good shape
for three years now and needs to see the Pulmonologist once a year only.
